Newport is our home turf. Our display home is on Coolum Parade, most of our recent builds are within a few streets of it, and we know the estate’s blocks, covenants and build conditions better than anywhere else we work.
Newport is a master-planned waterfront estate on the Redcliffe Peninsula, between Scarborough and Kippa-Ring, with canal and lake frontages, a village centre and a mix of block sizes. Land here tends to be flat, engineered fill with good access, which makes for a fast, predictable build. What takes a little more care is the estate design covenant: facade materials, roof forms, colours and setbacks all have to be approved before you can start, and we handle that submission as part of the job.
Because we have built so many homes here, we have designs already proven on Newport’s common lot widths, from narrow 10 and 12.5 metre frontages through to wider canal blocks. We build single and double storey, and every plan can be flipped, stretched or reworked to suit your block and your family at no extra cost. Double storey designs like the Element, Vantage and Monolith are popular on water-facing lots where an upstairs living area makes the most of the outlook; single storey plans like the Cambridge, Clearwater and Haven suit families who want everything on one level.
Our display home at 222 Coolum Parade is the best place to start. It shows the standard inclusions we build with, not a wish list of upgrades, so what you see is what you get. Visits are by appointment so one of us is there to walk you through it and answer questions about your block.
