North Lakes sits at the centre of the Moreton Bay growth corridor, 30 minutes from Brisbane’s CBD with its own town centre, rail station at Mango Hill and easy access to the Bruce Highway. New land releases in Griffin, Mango Hill and Murrumba Downs keep adding blocks, most of them compact rectangular lots between 10 and 16 metres wide, while the older parts of North Lakes have larger blocks that occasionally come up for a rebuild.
Our range suits both. On smaller estate lots, single storey designs like the Haven, Plantation and Clearwater deliver four bedrooms and a decent alfresco without wasting a square metre, and narrow-lot double storeys like the Element make the most of a tight frontage. On bigger blocks we build the larger family homes in our range, or start from scratch with a custom design. Whatever the plan, our standard inclusions are a step above the bare minimum, and the price we quote is the price you pay.
We are a family business, not a volume builder, so you deal with the same people from your first enquiry through to handover. Our completed homes in Griffin, Kallangur and Mango Hill are a good indication of what to expect, and the display home in Newport is 20 minutes away.
