“As first home buyers, the process of purchasing / building our first home was a daunting one. Monster Homes say they “take care of the scary stuff” and honestly they really do. It was difficult to trust in the process, but once the actual build began, it was nothing but smooth. Rodney, Kim and Karl have been a pleasure to deal with. Having never been through this process – they took care of the scary stuff for us. Our home was completed ahead of schedule. Minor issues were dealt with immediately, and when I say minor, a replacement of a light bulb or tightening of a door handle, was never a problem for Karl or Rodney. Anytime I was being needy and controlling of certain things, my calls were and still are always answered by Rodney, Kim or Karl. Thank you to the Monster family for our beautifully finished home”.
